How to RECEIVE Payments

PlayPay Account
- Create an account.
- Bank account information required.
- Account manager reviews for approval.

Notify Members
- PlayPay provides materials to help you notify members to sign-up.
- Monitor sign-up and follow-up with members as needed.

Receive Payments
- Members start making payments.
- Monitor summary and detailed payment activity.
- Export payment data and merge with other information as needed.
- Payments deposited directly to organization’s bank account.

(including any customer or client).
How to MAKE Payments

PlayPay Account
- Create an account.
- All members are automatically approved to make payments.

Select Organizations to Pay
- Create personal list of organizations to pay now or in the future.
- Easily edit to add or remove organizations.

Make Payments
- Choose from four ways to pay – credit card, e-cheque, bank payment or interac e-Transfer.
- Make payments to one or more organizations.
- Review history of payment activity.
